The Christmas Story. The story about how the Son of God was born in a stable, about angels singing for shepherds, about the three, wise kings giving their gifts of gold, myrrh and frankincense.  For me it is a fabolous, poetic story about God’s love for us men. A story about the meeting between the sacred and the commonplace - and how it changes both of them.

It is an old artistic tradition to bring the Christmas story into the artit’s own time and place. I’ve tried to do it for out time. Many of the artworks are published in the book “The Christmas Story” (“Juleevangeliet”).
